Civil Act — Article 682 (Restriction on right of reappointment)

(1) No mandatary shall permit any third person to manage the entrusted affairs on behalf of him or her without the consent of the mandator or except in extenuating circumstances. <Amended on Dec. 30, 2014>

(2) Articles 121 and 123 shall apply mutatis mutandis where a mandatary has permitted a third person to manage the entrusted affairs in accordance with paragraph (1).
