Civil Act — Article 606 (Loans by substitutes)

민법 제606조

Where, in cases of pecuniary loans, the borrower accepts the delivery of securities or other object in lieu of money, the amount of the loan shall be the current price of the object at the time of such delivery to the borrower. <Amended on Dec. 30, 2014>
