Civil Act — Article 584 (Special stipulation for relief of liability for warranty)

Even where the seller has made a special stipulation that he is not liable in respect of the warranties mentioned in the preceding fifteen Articles, he or she may not be relieved of liability in respect of any fact of which he or she was aware and nevertheless failed to disclose, or in respect of any right which he or she himself or herself created in favor of, or assigned to, a third person.
