Civil Act — Article 52-2 (Registration of provisional disposition such as suspension of exercise of duties)

Where a provisional disposition is rendered to suspend the performance of duties by a director or to appoint an acting director, or where such provisional disposition is modified or revoked, registration thereof shall be made at the registry office having jurisdiction over the location of the principal office. <Amended on Sep. 20, 2024>[This Article Added on Dec. 29, 2001]
