(1) Where a corporation transfers its principal office, it shall file for registration of the new location and the date of transfer within 3 weeks at the previous location or the new location.
(2) Where a corporation transfers its branch office, it shall register the new location and the date of transfer within 3 weeks at the location of its principal office.[This Article Wholly Amended on Sep. 20, 2024]
