(1) A suretyship may be provided for multiple undetermined obligations. In such cases, the upper limit of the amount of obligations for which the suretyship is provided shall be specified in writing.
(2) In cases falling under paragraph (1), a suretyship agreement becomes void unless the upper limit of the amount of obligations is specified in writing as prescribed in Article 428-2(1).[This Article Added on Feb. 3, 2015]
