Civil Act — Article 363 (Claim of mortgagee for auction bidders)

(1) A mortgagee may sell the mortgaged property by auction to obtain satisfaction of his or her claim.

(2) A third person who has obtained the ownership of the mortgaged property may also bid at the auction.
