Civil Act — Article 318 (Right of person having chonsegwon to request auction)

민법 제318조

If the settlor of chonsegwon delays the return of the deposit money, the person having chonsegwon may request an auction of the subject matter of chonsegwon, in accordance with the Civil Execution Act. <Amended on Dec. 13, 1997; Dec. 29, 2001>
