If the amount of deposit money becomes inappropriate due to an increase or reduction of taxes, public imposts, or other charges related to the real property on which chonsegwon is created, or a fluctuation of the economic situation, a party may request an increase or reduction of the amount for the future; provided, in a case of an increase in amount, it shall not exceed the base rate as prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Added on Apr. 10, 1984]
