The person having chonsegwon may assign it to another person or provide it as security; and during the term of chonsegwon he or she may conclude a contract for chonchonse (sublet to another person) or lease the subject matter to another person; provided, this shall not apply where chonchonse, leasing, and assignment are prohibited by the terms of the contract.
