(1) At the termination of a superficies, the superficiary shall restore the land to its original condition, removing the buildings, other structures, or trees.
(2) In the case of the preceding paragraph, if the settlor of the superficies makes a request to purchase the structures or trees, tendering a reasonable price therefor, the superficiary may not refuse such request without justifiable reason.
