Civil Act — Article 273 (Disposition of share of and prohibition of partition of property in partnership-ownership)

민법 제273조

(1) The persons having partnership-ownership of a piece of property shall not dispose of the shares of the property without the consent of all persons.

(2) The persons having partnership-ownership of a piece of property shall not demand partition of the property.
