(1) If the possessor feels that his or her possession may be disturbed, he or she may either demand the prevention of such disturbance or demand security for damages.
(2) If the possessor feels that his or her possession may be disturbed by any construction works, the provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis.
