(1) A possessor in good faith acquires the fruits of the Article in possession.
(2) A possessor in bad faith is liable to return the fruits, and to make compensation for the value of fruits which have already been consumed by him or her, have been damaged, or have not been collected through his or her negligence.
(3) The preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to possessors by force or in secret.
