(1) If a person with limited capacity has used a fraudulent means to induce the belief that he or she is a person of full capacity, he or she cannot void his or her act.
(2) Paragraph (1) shall also apply where a minor or person under limited guardianship has used a fraudulent means to induce the belief that he or she has obtained the consent of his or her legal representative.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 7, 2011]
