(1) If a party who is to be disadvantaged upon the fulfillment of a condition has intentionally obstructed the fulfillment of such condition against the principles of trust and good faith, the other party may treat the condition as having been fulfilled.
(2) If a party who is to be advantaged upon the fulfillment of a condition has intentionally fulfilled such condition against the principles of good faith and trust, the other party may treat the condition as not having been fulfilled.
