Civil Act — Article 144 (Requirements for ratification)

민법 제144조

(1) Ratification shall become effective only if it is made after causes for voidance have ceased.

(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply where a ratification is made by a legal representative or guardian.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 7, 2011]
