(1) a person under adult guardianship may make a will only when he or she has recovered to the point of understanding his or her intentions.
(2) In cases falling under paragraph (1), a medical practitioner shall add in writing the status of recovery of mental soundness on the testament, and shall affix his or her signature and seal thereto.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 7, 2011]
