Civil Act — Article 1055 (Cases in which existence of inheritor becomes clear)

(1) The duty of an administrator shall be terminated at the time when an inheritor effects an acceptance of inheritance.

(2) In the case mentioned in paragraph (1), the administrator shall render an account of the management of the inherited property without delay.
