Civil Act — Article 1037 (Sale of inherited property by auction)

민법 제1037조

When it is necessary to sell out some or all of the inherited properties in order to perform the obligations in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1034 through 1036, an auction shall be held pursuant to the Civil Execution Act. <Amended on Dec. 13, 1997; Dec. 29, 2001>
