(1) A qualified acceptor shall, within five days after he has effected the qualified acceptance, notify the general obligees in succession and the testamentary donees by public notice that he has effected a qualified acceptance and that they are called upon to notify him or her of their claims or testamentary gifts within a specified period of not less than two months.
(2) The provisions of Articles 88(2) and (3), and 89 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the cases mentioned in paragraph (1).
