Act on the Protection, Etc. of Temporary Agency Workers — Article 11 (Closure of Business)

(1) Where a temporary work agency closes temporary work agency business, it shall report such closure to the Minister of Employment and Labor, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

(2) Where a report is filed under paragraph (1), permission for temporary work agency business shall become void from the date of reporting.[This Article Wholly Amended on Apr. 30, 2019]
