(1) Each location information provider shall submit statistical data regarding the issuance of warnings under Article 29 (7) and providing personal location information under Article 30 (1) to the Science, ICT, Broadcasting, and Communications Committee of the National Assembly and the Korea Media and Communications Commission respectively semi-annually. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008; May 14, 2012; Apr. 17, 2018; Jun. 9, 2020; Oct. 1, 2025>
(2) Such matters as methods for submitting statistical data under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Added on Apr. 17, 2018>
