Upon receiving a request for emergency rescue under Article 29 (1), an emergency rescue agency may request the Minister of the National Court Administration to provide it with computerized data about registration under Article 11 (6) of the Act on Registration of Family Relations, so as to verify the relationship between the person requesting emergency rescue and the subject of personal location information.[This Article Added on Feb. 3, 2015]
