(1) Where a resident registration card, a certified copy and abstract of resident registration, an alien registration card, or a fact certificate of alien registration is required for various kinds of procedures and business relations, etc. prescribed in statutes, a report card of domestic place of residence (including or a mobile report card of domestic place of residence) or a fact certificate of report of domestic place of residence may substitute for each of them. <Amended on Jun. 13, 2023>
(2) Where this Act or other laws require verification of the physical report card of domestic place of residence or the name, photograph, report number, etc. recorded on the report card of domestic place of residence, such verification may be substituted by confirmation of the mobile report card of domestic place of residence. <Added on Jun. 13, 2023>[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 14, 2008]
