Act on the Guarantee of Employees' Retirement Benefits — Article 23-13 (Early Withdrawal of Reserves)

근로자퇴직급여 보장법 제23조의13

The following subparagraphs shall apply to early withdrawal of the reserves from the SME retirement pension fund plan:

1. Article 22 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the employer contribution accounts of fund plan. In such cases, "defined contribution plan" shall be construed as "SME retirement pension fund plan";

2. Article 24 (5) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the accounts of participant contribution of fund plan. In such cases, "individual retirement pension plan" shall be construed as "SME retirement pension fund plan".[This Article Newly Inserted on Apr. 13, 2021]
