(1) An employer who has obtained permission to employ foreign workers for the first time pursuant to Article 8 shall undergo training on labor-related statutes, human rights, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "employer training").
(2) The details and hours of the employer education and other matters necessary therefor shall be prescribed by Ministerial Decree of the Employment and Labor.[This Article Added on Apr. 13, 2021]
