Act on Report on Real Estate Transactions — Article 25 (Construction and Operation of Real Estate Information System)

The Minister of Land Infrastructure and Transport may, for the efficient management of information and promotion of public convenience, construct and operate an information system related to such affairs as contracting, reporting, permitting, managing, etc. of real estate transactions and housing lease contracts, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended on Aug. 18, 2020>
