(1) Any person who has obtained permission for a land transaction contract under Article 11 shall use such land for the permitted purposes for a period prescribed by Presidential Decree of up to five years, unless any justifiable ground prescribed by Presidential Decree exists.
(2) The head of a Si/Gun/Gu shall investigate as to whether any person who has obtained permission for a land transaction contract uses the land according to the permitted purposes, as prescribed by Ministerial Decree of the Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
